Franco is the Italian Baker who specializes in Artisan Breads & Desserts. They also offer Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Sirloin and Vegetarian Lasagna 'take & bake' dinners to go which are made with our hand crafted organic spinach pasta. (Family sizes and catering are available). See us at the Farmers Market in San Luis Obispo every Saturday morning in the Madonna Plaza Shopping Center. Dolce: Almond Croissants, Vanilla Custard Croissants, Apricot Glazed and Chocolate Croissants, Blueberry & Cream Cheese Danishes and Franco's Famous Organic Fruit Tarts. Pane: Rustic Italian Baguette with Blue Cheese & Caramelized Onion, Rustic Italian Baguette with Kalamata Olives. Focaccias with either Rosemary or Onion. Fruttanesca Breakfast Bread, 9 Grain Loaves, Honey Wheat & Poppy Seeds. French & Demi Baguettes, Ciabatta Rolls & Panini. Dinners: Lasagna, Cannelloni, Gnocchi & Tri Color Pasta & Pizza Margarita.
